Mayor of Paderborn congratulates Raynet on the TOP 100 award

Raynet, Europe´s leading company regarding software packaging and products of the Application Lifecycle Management, was honored for its flexibility and customer oriented processes as one of the Top 100 innovative companies of German SMEs.

Mayor Michael Dreier and Annette Förster, manageress of the Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft Paderborn mbH, agree: “The personal contact to regional companies is very important to us. This naturally includes regular visits and the congratulation on such a significant award. Therefore, we are very happy to personally congratulate Mr. Aydin and the whole team. From our point of view, this honor signalizes the competence of this company, as well as a huge additional value for the IT location Paderborn as a whole.”

Together with 4.000 other applicants, Raynet participated in a demanding academic selection process. The innovation management and innovation success were examined. The IT expert managed to prove its ability to be a Top 100 innovator.

Facing the digitization, companies have to deal with a flood of software products that need maintenance from the first to the last day: Starting from the initial installation to regular updates to the compatibility check. Already today, Raynet´s solutions cover the lifecycle of its customer software completely. The advantage for the customers is that the system administrators are able to conduct all necessary actions concerning software products automatically. This means significant cost reductions, an accelerated system maintenance and less effort with system migrations, for example to Windows 10.

In order to promote intern innovation processes, the top management is in constant contact with its development team. “We created the basis for our current innovation potential already at the foundation in 1999. Today, the technological conditions for the realization of our concepts are optimal, not least because of the cloud technology”, explains Ragip Aydin, founder and managing director.

Having a software management background himself, the cooperation with computer scientists and technicians is intense. “Our development department comprises 40 employees and is situated at headquarter in Paderborn in direct proximity to the management.” states Ragip Aydin.

The preparations for more space and room for innovation and creativity have already started. Raynet plans further investments in the Technologiepark Paderborn. In immediate neighborhood of the current building, the new headquarter of Raynet is supposed to be built. The groundbreaking for the five-story office building with more than 2.000 square meters usable area is planned for 2017.
